Sound Bath in Sevenoaks

A relaxing and healing experience listening to soothing sounds from crystal bowls and chimes.

Need help with stress, anxiety and pain, then come join us in your lunch time at one of our Sound Baths.

The classes are a max of 8 people to keep them small, calm and enjoyable.

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask (optional).
